Rylee's 9th Birthday!

My sweet little Rylee

turned 9 this year!

He did not want a big

party.  Trying to get him

to tell me who he wanted

to invite was like pulling

teeth.  So we had a family 

cookout at the park with

a few friends.

We spent the afternoon 

at the Discovery Center. 

 The boys made some really

cool UFOs.

Then we headed to the park

for Burgers and Hotdogs.

and LOTS of running and Playing!

We got KC a new grill this week

and he did all the cooking.  Yum Yum!

 Chelsey and AJ's gifts are

always the favorites.  Even if they

are wrapped in pink bags.   :)

Rylee was SO happy with all

the presents he got!   He even

has 100 bucks in birthday money!

 We made lemon and chocolate

cupcakes.  It was a little warm 

outside, so they melted a bit.

The boys stayed up so late
playing Legos, dart tag, and
video games!  They didn't even
want to get up this morning
for donuts and chocolate milk.
It didn't last long though.

He had a great birthday!

We are so blessed to have

the most wonderful family 

and friends!!!

The Parade, Running, Swimming, and the Fair

We had a very busy day
today!  Lots of family time!


First up - The Parade


I have gone to the parade for

as long as I can remember.

We love taking the boys!

Cody loves all the dirt bikes

and loud cars.  Rylee likes

the bands and crazy looking

people.  We always 

have a great time.

Then - Running

We take the dogs running at RHS.

They have a big football field and 

Copper LOVES to hall butt

and just run as fast as he can.

The boys love chasing him too.

Next - A Birthday Party

The boys were invited to a swimming

party at the WT activity center.

It was jam packed full of kiddos,

but the boys had the best time!

And Finally - The Fair

We love going to the fair!

However we did not think we

were going to make it this year.

We always have so much going on

in the Fall.  We decided if we were

going to go we had to do it tonight.

Everyone was already kinds tired,

but once we got there we

were good to go.

We had a great day!

Jam packed full of 

family fun!!!

Boating at Tanglewood

The boys went to hang out at the

lake with some friends of ours.

This was going to be Cody's 

first time to even be around a boat.

KC was so excited to take them.

Cody didn't want any part of it

at first.  He warmed up to it

once he saw everyone having 

so much fun.  They all came home

so tired after tubing all day.

1st Day of School!!!

The boys finally started school

at the school closest to our house.

I have tried to register them for the

past 2 years that we have lived here

and every time they would tell me that

they were full.  So, I was the first

person in line this time!  I am

so glad too.  The boys love it!

EVEN RYLEE!  It is a miracle!

Hobbs... again!

Back to Hobbs we went.

I figured we would go one

more time before the boys

head back to school.

I found some plastic

bubbles at the $ Tree.

This was the boys first

time seeing them.

They loved them!

I love my boys!

They are crazy

and super weird!

Paintball and a Family Cookout!

KC took the boys to play paintball

for the first time.  Kade and Cody

were so excited!  Rylee, not so much.

Kade thought he was so tough!
He told KC that they could 
each take one shot at each other.
It didn't hurt that bad, so he
decided to let Cody & Rylee 
take a shot at him too.  Cody
got him good in the leg. 

Rylee got him even better in the
belly.  Took him down to the ground!

They had a great time! 

 

After paintball we had one last

family cookout before Kade left

for the summer.  We played outside

and the weather was so beautiful!!!
