Spring Fever!

We have been pretty busy

here at the Cherne House!

We have lots of projects going on

around the house, so I haven't 

had much time to work on the blog.

We have been very excited that

spring is here.  We have been outside

enjoying all the beautiful weather.

First up - - The boys and I decided

to paint the club house.

Rylee worked hard painting that door.

He some how ended up getting more

paint on him though.  So he didn't

last long before I made him go and

take a shower.

Cody ended up painting pretty much

the whole thing all by himself.  I only 

helped him get the tip top where 

he couldn't reach.  He did a great job

helping!  I love the way it turned out!

Now we just need to do a couple of

things on the inside.

My sweet sweet hubby has been working

very hard at building me a few things too.

I needed some planters for the front of 

the house, so he got right to work.

He also built me a really cool

bird mansion!  I love it!

The birds do too!

As soon as the middle of April came

around, I couldn't wait to go and buy

some flowers!  I could spend all day

in Pete's Greenhouse.  They have such

beautiful flowers.

My favorite flowers to plant

are Johnny Jump Ups.

 They remind me of my Maw-Maw.

She always had a big tub filled with

them when I was younger and I always

thought they were so pretty!

These are my favorite of the planters.

My snook did such a good job!

I love these sooo much!
