100 Days of School

Cody celebrated his 100th day 

at school today.  They made trail

mix and made all kinds of 100 things.

He said he had a very great day!

Another Day at the River

We spent another afternoon at the river!

This week AJ and Chelsey came along

We had a great time!

Rylee worked so hard at getting this

plastic bag flag to fly.  He declared this

little island in the middle of the river

Rylee Island!

We also took Copper and Linkin for the 

first time this week.  Copper loved chasing

Cody on the dirt bike.  He was in heaven 

with so much room to run.

Kade Playing Basketball

Kade is playing basketball in Savannah.

sent us.  Since he is so far away, we 

won't get to see him play.  :(

Our Sunday at the River

My dad finally got him a TOY!

Rylee does not really like riding very much.

The ground has to be perfect or forget it!

This is how our conversation went today...

Me - How come you don't like riding?

Ry - Because I don't want to break my wrist again.

Me - Really?  Why does that bother you so much?

Ry - Because if I break my wrist I won't be able to 

play video games for 4 WEEKS!  Just like last time.

Me - Ohhhhh!

Rylee loves to dig and play in the river sand.

He went a little too far today.  :)

KC's New Toy!

KC got a new 4 wheeler for Christmas.

He has been wanting one for a long time.

We took it out to the river so he could

test it out.  Cody loved having someone to

 ride with.  Rylee was home sick.  :(

 

Albuquerque

We took a short trip to Albuquerque for 

the weekend.  KC picked up his new

4 wheeler and we hung out with some of 

his family.  We spent most of Saturday

at the zoo.  The boys love the zoo there.

KC woke up in the middle of the night and 

saw this and just had to grab the camera.

I don't think Rylee appreciated the flash going

off in his face at 4 in the morning!

Cody was dying to have a leaf fight in

all the leaves in the middle of the zoo. 

Bella loved chasing the boys around.

She is sooo adorable!

About half way through the zoo Rylee 

started feeling bad.  Dad is trying to be 

sympathetic here.  I don't think it worked.  Ry 

ended the day with a high fever and sore

throat.  He still has not gone back to 

school yet either.  :(

Cody's New Bike

Cody finally got his new bike!

He loves it!  He wanted a red one, 

but the only red ones they had 

were all too big for him.  So he settled

for this blue one.

Copper chases him back and forth

down the sidewalk.

Some River Fun

We took the boys and their dirt bike to 

the river for the first time.  Cody LOVED it!

He was in heaven.  Rylee LOVED playing in

all the sand.  :)  We had a great day at the RIVER!

Daddy was trying to tell Cody how to

turn his wheels and make all the dirt

fly up behind him.

Happy New Year!

We celebrated New Years hanging out with

our family!  In my opinion, the best way to

ring in the New Year!  We played games,

watched movies, and ate lots of yummy snacks!

and missed our Kado  :(  

We forgot to pop our "champagne" on New Years Eve.

We enjoyed a glass on New Years Day though.

The boys thought it was SO special to drink out

of the wine glasses.  The little things bring them such joy.
