Random Bits

This has been one L.O.N.G
week!

We went out for Ry's actual birthday,
so we had his roast and potato request
for his birthday dinner a bit late.
He still loved it though.

I have been working on Butterfly stuff
like crazy!  I have a to-do list that
is 6 pages long.  I'm working to totally
redo our booth and catch up on
custom orders.  Lots and Lots of work!

Cops made his modeling debut
when I was trying to photograph
all our new stuff.

Multi tasking has been the key!

I wonder if the laundry will
ever end?

Rylee's favorite way to pass
the driving time going to school...

This dog always looks guilty!

My baby made me ice cream.
with candy heart sprinkles.

There has been too much video game
playing!  We've switched things up
and have been playing lots of board games.
It's time things change around here!

September Birthdays

Happy 35th Birthday
to my Snookem!

He requested Chicken Fried Steak
Tator Tot Casserole and Salad
for his birthday dinner.

I HATE making
Chicken Fried Steak.
It's messy and takes so much time.
But it was his birthday.

We had friends over for dinner
and cake.  It was nice to
hang out and catch up with them.
Oh and do some photo bombs.
HaHa!

Wait!  What!?!

When did this little boy grow up
and turn 12!!!

We celebrated with a dinner at
Kabuki since Tab and Jason happened
to be here on his actual birthday.
His party will be in a couple of weeks.

When they brought the ice cream out
all 3 boys eyes lit up.

oh look!
another photo bomb

We skipped the cake tonight
and tried to make our own funnel cakes.
They were actually really good.
They are Rylee's favorite
and he stuffed himself full of
Turkey Leg at the fair and didn't get
him one this year.  I knew he
would love these.

And I got to hang out with the
kiddos again this week.

They were some live wires this
time.  We had a lot of fun.
And I learned that Lando
CANNOT keep secrets even though
he is the one that says
"Just one time Aunt Kish and we
don't have to tell momma."
But I love him any way.

Road Trips-Canning-Popcorn-Babies

KC and the boys spent the
weekend in Albuquerque.
Just a quick trip to do some
riding and hang out with the family.

I stayed home to catch up on
butterfly work.  Lots and Lots of
butterfly work.  :(

No little boys home to snuggle with
so guess who they wanted to sleep with?
They didn't care that I had absolutely
no room ALL NIGHT LONG!

Popcorn Sales are starting
back up again.
This kid has made me so proud!
He has been out selling every night.
He has already passed the troop
goal and the goal he set for himself!

I taught myself how to can!
It's been on my bucket list for awhile now.
No time like the present to get started.
So I did.  I was soooo happy when I
started hearing all those little pops
when I was done.  Now lets just hope
the recipes I found turn out to be good ones.

More baby sitting the little ones.
I could snuggle her all day long!
I took Penny this time and she
did not like having another princes
girl being spoiled in the house.

Tri-State Fair

Fall is always our most
busiest time of the year.
Back to school - birthdays -
and lots of fun activities!

It all kicks off with the fair...
one of KC and the boys
favorite things!

We were invited to ride the rzr
in the parade this year.

The boys were soooo excited!
That meant they could pass out candy!
it was fun.went quick.was time for the fair.

Fair Food!
Rylee got a turkey leg
and I mean -- It was the best
turkey leg I have ever had!
So Delicious!

Cody went for ribbon fries.
One of KC's favorite too.
KC and I stuck with the classic...
Good ol' fair corn dogs.

It makes me smile that the petting
zoo is still one of the boys
favorite stops.

Some of the animals are a little
crazy.  Rylee always feels
sorry for them and wants to take
them all home with us.

Fair Rides!
The boys rode the Star Ship
for the first time this year.
It was always one of my favorites.

KC and Cody battled each
other in bumper cars.

Rylee sat this one out.
I think the spinning of the
Star Ship was a bit much for him.

Fair Games!
and you have to keep playing
until you win the prize that
you have your little heart set on.

Ry and KC jumped their little
hearts out on the trampolines.

...and then KC realized that
maybe he isn't as young as
he once was.

We ended our perfect day with
a little bit of OSU football.

I think maybe Marley
has been watching Penny to long.
He thinks he's a Doxie.
