Still Working away at my office in the shop.

KC is always thrilled when I have to help out.

I don't think Heidi will ever not be 

a crazy weenie girl.

We snuck into Santa's Workshop at the mall

when it was closed and no one was looking.  Ha!

Cody celebrated his 18th birthday with a big group

of friends and a poker night in the shop.

I celebrated with the family out at Tim & Vikki's.

It was a double party for both Titus and myself.

It was Lion King themed and a throw back to

one we had when I was in High School.

Then I had another double part with this girl

and all of our friends!

We went to dinner and an escape room

and then ended the night at the shop.

It was a good night!

October Photo Dump

A family photo any time everyone is home.

It doesn't happen often.

I planned a family dinner night and we

all made caramel apples.

Aiden and Cybil really liked them. Ha Ha

Girls Trip

Our first ever girls trip?!?

Yup!  We've talked about doing one for years

and finally we were like Let's Do It!

We rented a cabin in Ruidoso, NM

and just did what ever we wanted.

No plans are sometimes the best plans.

We shopped and had drinks at several

little places along main street.

We woke up and had mimosas while

we cooked breakfast.

We had lots of wine and an amazing

charcuterie board at the local winery.

Jennifer taught us how to play the slots at the

casino.  She did great!  The rest of us, not so much.

We slept in and had coffee on the back patio

every morning.  On our last morning, we counted

9 deer that came down to our yard.

We laid out carrots and apple slices

the night before and it sure worked.

This will definitely be a tradition!

Halloween Party

This years Halloween party was an epic one!

I knew who we were going to be as soon

as I saw the Winifred and Billy costumes.

We did a couples theme this year

and had...

Sonny and Cher

Tyler was a loan Shaggy

And we had Mr and Mrs Chucky

This night was so much fun and exactly why

we wanted to build the shop.

Homecoming 2022

Cody's last one.

Cody and Cybil went to lots

of football games.

Silas on the turtle at the zoo.

I love this photo because I have a photo

on the same turtle of the boys when they were little.

Another month another concert.

This time it was Sublime.

Rylee had his first ever article he wrote for

his teacher printed in the AC newspaper.

AND it was on the front page!!!

We were so proud of him.

I requested a stack of papers and we passed

them out to everyone.

He also turned 20!

(insert crying emoji here)

Cody started clinicals at Randall.

He thinks he wants to do some kind of medical

field and this should help him figure out what field.

He will assist in a different field at the hospital each week.

So far his favorite by far has been

labor and delivery.

His favorite things about it are...

- talking to the dads to be

- seeing a new baby brought into the world

and knowing he did that.

Not much of a garden this year.

I will be so glad when the shop is done

and I can actually start having a real garden again.
