Red River Day 4

The biggest thickest pancake
I ever have seen for breakfast.

playing ball in the river with the pups

We lost a ball to the other side of the river so
the boys crossed the log to get it.  Cody didn't like it.

Marley wanted to go so bad!  These little dogs
stressed me it by that river!  It was flowing so fast.
It wouldn't have taken anything for
one to slide in and be swept away!

Cody chose not to cross back over
the log - instead tried crossing the crazy river.
Copper was very concerned.
I think he was waiting to jump in and save him.
The log would have been much easier.

We went for a quick afternoon ride along
my favorite trail.  Ry wanted to come along again.
Him and KC explored the mines.

I did the driving.
Going fast through the water is my most favorite!

It was freezing and we got soaked!
So worth it!!!

KC lost the Gocarts so he had to take the plunge!
He was not taking it well!!

Freezing!

She's the most happy climbing mountains!

KC headed back home for 4 days
of work before he joins us again for
the second week.  I hate being here
without him.  Cody takes good care
of me though.  He's our grill expert.

Lots of movies and board games until dad gets back.

He sent me this pic in a text.
I thought maybe he had a flat.
Nope, he got out of the truck
and Heidi locked the doors!
That girl is crazy.

He also found this little guy.
We named him Romeo and he will be
the newest Cherne member.
We will also be searching for his Juliet.

Heidi was so curious.
He also seems to like Doritos.
