Happy 4th of July!
The 4th of July is my
favorite holiday.
Yes, even more than
Christmas!
My parents also came down
late Thursday night for
the weekend.
We started out day
at the Red River parade.
The boys made out like
bandits with the candy.
After the parade, my parents
took the boys to hang out in
town and KC and I snuck
away to ride. We couldn't
pass up the chance to stop
and try a new little joint in
town ~ The Hideout. It was
soooo Yummy!
I think the boys
had a good time too.
It's our 4th of July
tradition to do a
Crab Boil. Being in
Red River was going to
be no different. Our crab
legs were so meaty!
The best ones we've had.
After dinner, we decided
to skip the crazy crowded
firework show and headed
to show my parents
The Fairy Gardens.
Mom was not convinced
about walking the log
to get there ~ but she
did finally do it.
However, there was no way
she was going to go back
over to get back. She decided
to cross the river instead.
It was hilarious!
